- All services and deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. The acceptable payment methods are Zelle, Cash App & Cash.
- To secure your appointment a non-refundable deposit of half of your selected service is required unless otherwise stated. Your remaining balance is to be paid with cash at your appointment.
- Two No Call/No Shows will result in you no longer being able to book any future services.
- There is a 10-minute grace period and anything afterwards will result in your appointment being rescheduled. A new deposit will need to be provided to schedule your appointment.
- No additional guests will be allowed to accompany you during your scheduled service.
